Thought vis-a-vis Quote 1 …

Quote:

“Being ‘Right’ is highly overrated, even a stopped clock is ‘Right’, twice a day” – Unknown

Thought:

Do we really know what is right?
Don’t we all just follow our belief of right
So why waste time in proving
Someone else is wrong
N I am right
When the probability of
Both of us being wrong is 80%…

Eyes shut n just follow our truth / our right… there is a superiority inferiority contest in that too…

” take the big enough knife
        Cut entire nature into two
        do let me know ?
        Which portion is right .
        Being a soul
        I see nothing wrong
        In everything .

        Things simply exists
        in nature as
        Per thier inherent
        properties.
        Our mind divides
        them into two
        some see them wrong
others claim them same thing right

        I really don’t know
        what is right
        Please do let me know
        If you are sure
what is right ? what is right ?

        Shefali being living wisdom
        Kindly help me
        with this riddle
what is right ? what is right ?

I totally agree with this. A lot of times, we have arguments simply trying to prove each other wrong. We could’ve used that time to do so many other productive things.

Deep deep rooted words…i actually penned something similar to this notion,we should have to concentrate on our fights with ourselves only if we compete with those struggles we’ll hardly left with anyone to quarrel with…i really felt this after looking back on times passed.

You mean mind our own business n not really dwell on anyone else’s right n wrong… Come up with our own truth, isnt it? Something we believe in, not what others are telling us to believe…

Exactly..its better to know your truths n lie instead of others because nobody’s having a white collar among masses & classes.

Fighting over right or wrong is like fighting over what is better…being a vegetarian or non-vegetarian. There’s no specific answer to it. Period.

Hahha…. a melodious reply… a different answer to it… Veg n Non veg..hmmm…. u know i use to side to a point with vegetarians (though I am non vegetarian)… but i have realised that in cold climates eg UK… you need meat… N the colder the place u cant just live through veg… or may be i am trying to find a RIGHT in it… πŸ€”πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

There should not be a concept of right and wrong. We can just say someone is right or wrong relative to our view points. There is nothing like right or wrong but just relativity. Something that is right for me might be wrong for someone and vice versa. Just that what majority believes becomes right and the views of minority are tagged ‘wrong’

Aah! A valid point about majority n minority. N so true… our right is indeed a follower of the crowd…

Hmm… our experiences define our right n wrong… a good point… n hence we fail to see the truth… which could be neither…
Thanks Puneet for sharing your thought πŸ™‚

Welcome. The real truth is always unknown because all of us due to our experiences have pre judged things.

I agree, but can we accept that n not try to convince someone else… what if we feel strongly about something… so should we try to make them accept our truth or not??

Convincing others of what we feel is true is a human nature. We will do it no matter what.
Well, they get convinced or not is what only they know.

Agree Shefali. The definition of right for me, may be wrong for another person. Two people standing on either side of a big block of “6”. One reads it as 6 while the other feels it is 9. So who is right and who is wrong???

Knowing this yet we fight… n if we accept both sides, then accused of not taking a stand… when actually there are some issues where no one can take a stand of being “RIGHT” 😊
